FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Things you need to know.

 

1. When should we expect our delivery?
Please expect your delivery 3-5 days after the validation of your payment if you are within Metro Manila.

2. What are your operating hours?
We accept orders from Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM. However, you can order from our website 24/7!

3. Can we order on Facebook/Instagram?
We accept orders through Facebook, Instagram, Viber and GLife :)

4. Do you deliver here at (province)?
Currently, Cobify.PH delivers within Metro Manila only.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting payments via Paynamics, one of the most widely available payment channels in the country. We regret to share that we have no cash on delivery payment option.

6. How much is the shipping fee?
This would depend on the total weight of the item.

7. How can I track my order status? Will you provide a tracking number?
After your payment has been verified, it will take 3-5 days for your product to arrive. Prior to your delivery, we will send a confirmation on your actual delivery schedule.

Our third party rider delivery provider will contact you after they leave our shop on route to your delivery address.

9. What are the return/exchange policies?
Since our items are a mix of perishable and non perishable, we highly encourage you to contact info@cobify.ph for a more detailed return policy.


10. I want to change my order. Is it possible?
If your order has not been paid and processed, you may email info@cobify.ph to cancel your order and you may create a new order.

However, once your payment has been confirmed, we will not accept any changes to the order.
